Please note that custom branding requires a minimum purchase of 250 booklets. Bulk discounts are automatic with quantities of 500 or 1000. Contact us for a quote if ordering 1000 or more, or multiple titles.

Branding Steps

We are always happy to discuss your project in advance and our team provide guidance on each step of the process. After you place your order, we'll send you a link to submit your design order form. To prepare, review these steps:

1. View the Design Guide - See examples, review your options and learn the steps to order custom resources. View a digital copy or print it to share with your team.

2. Choose Your Options - Gather your logo file (PNG or JPG file 300 dpi at 3"), choose your cover photo and text, and select your accent color.

3. Submit Your Design Order Form - After ordering, use the link we send via email to submit the design order form. The form will walk you through each step of the process. 

4. Review and Approve Your Proof - We'll provide a proof (preview) of your custom design that you will approve prior to printing. Then, in just a few weeks, your books will be ready to use.

Custom branded books include your choice of cover photo, your logo and your personalized information on the inside/outside cover.

Changes to content beyond the cover is available for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.

When you order, you agree to the following terms:

• A full file proof will be provided to you and must be approved in writing before printing.
• We are not responsible for errors or omissions once the proof is approved.
• Custom branded orders cannot be canceled or changed once the proof is approved.
• Once approved, your order is not eligible for returns or refunds.
